1. General

This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data applied by MDC LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").



  1. The operator sets, when processing personal data, the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms, including the protection of privacy rights, personal and family secrets, as the main goal and condition of its activities.

3. The Operator may process the following user personal data:

  1. Surname, first name, patronymic;
  2. Telephone number;
  3. Electronic mail address;
  4. The website shall also collect and process depersonalized visitor data (including "cookie" files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).

4. Purposes of personal data processing

  1. The purpose of processing User personal is to provide information to users by e-mails; enter into, perform and terminate civil contracts; provide Users with access to services, information and materials available on the website.
  2. The Operator may also notify Users of new products and services, special offers and various events. 5. Legal framework for personal data processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator shall be ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully meet legislative requirements with respect personal data protection.

  2. Users' personal data shall at no time and under no circumstances be transferred to any third party, except as may be required to comply with applicable law.

  4. The period of personal data processing shall be unlimited. A User may at any time withdraw his/her consent to personal data processing by sending the Operator an e-mail with the subject line reading "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing", to info@mdc-law.ru.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

  1. The Operator shall, prior to the commencement of any cross-border personal data transfer, ensure that the foreign state, into whose territory personal data are proposed to be transferred, provides reliable protection for the rights of personal data subjects.
  2. Cross-border transfer of personal data into the territory of foreign states that do not meet the aforesaid requirements may only be effected subject to written consent of a respective personal data subject to such cross-border transfer and/or the implementation of a respective agreement to which such personal data subject is a party.

  1. A User may receive any clarifications concerning the processing of his/her personal data by contacting the Operator at info@mdc-law.ru.
  2. This document shall reflect any changes in the personal data processing policy made by the Operator. This Policy shall be in effect for an indefinite period of time until replaced with a new version.
